Robert Evans
Founder, CEO
Rob, currently residing in Boise, Idaho, brings over two decades of cycling industry experience to the company as well as many years of cycling event management expertise. He is a former competitive cyclist that has raced on four continents and nearly every small town in the United States. He has professionally managed cycling venues such as the Dick Lane Velodrome in Georgia, and was an operations director for competitive and professional events ranging from the Tour of Utah and US PRO to Haute Route. Additionally Rob has managed operations for large cause related cycling events such as Patrick Dempsey Challenge, Velosano and Obliteride among many others which have cumulatively raised over 10 Million dollars each year for cancer research with over 10,000 participants collectively.

Bobby Brown
Director of Marketing
Bobby spent the better part of a decade helping run the nonprofit Sopo Bicycle Cooperative in Atlanta, GA. This advocacy background emphasized the bicycle as a tool for empowerment and social justice, ensuring that low-income populations had equitable access to transportation. Concurrently he managed global marketing for the bicycle division of Maxxis Tires. Most recently, he helped the ambitious startup MTB brand Guerrilla Gravity (GG) bring their cutting-edge Revved Carbon Technology to market and directed a successful community-focused sales and marketing program that continues to ensure high demand for GG bikes.

Director of Exploration
Ava knows that the best way between two points is not a straight line. For every mile plotted on a map she runs two, making sure to explore the world around her and. leaving no stone un-sniffed. Rescued from neglect she's an everyday reminder to not take anything for granted.

Fred Russell
Director of Government Affairs
Fred has over 40 years of public sector management experience, working for both local and state governments and two institutions of higher learning. He served 10 years as the City Administrator of Augusta, GA, home of the world’s largest Half-Ironman and the Masters golf tournament. Fred has consulted for the largest cycling events in the US, such as the UCI World Championships, Tour of California, and more. Fred brings a unique perspective on the impact of special events on communities and government resources. He is enthusiastic about developing long term economic growth in your community.

Director of Experience, Spokesperson
Ben H. Allen is a Grammy Award winning music producer based in Atlanta, GA and an avid cyclist. In addition to a career of making albums with artists like Christina Aguilera, Gnarls Barkley and Animal Collective, Ben has also ridden the Pablove Across America ride several times, helping to raise over $1.5M for research into rare forms of pediatric cancer. Ben brings a fresh energy to the company as well as a wide network of cycling pros who are gravel enthusiasts.
